Information is used solely to manage conference registration and send event-related notifications to registered attendees. This includes schedule reminders, logistical updates, hotel and activity coordination, and activity confirmations.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the conference, and with venue and hotel partners as needed for event logistics. Our service providers include:
These providers act solely as our service providers (data processors): they are contractually permitted to use your information only to deliver their service to us, and never for their own marketing, and they do not resell it. Sharing your mobile number with our SMS provider is done only to deliver the event messages you requested — it is not a disclosure for that provider's own use. In all cases, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and no mobile information is shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
We keep the personal information collected for registration only for as long as necessary to plan and operate the 2026 Operator Conference. After the event concludes, we delete or anonymize attendee registration data within a reasonable period (targeted within 90 days), except where a longer retention period is required to meet a legal obligation.
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems operated by CareTrust REIT and the service providers listed above. Access to attendee data is limited to authorized CareTrust personnel and those providers. Credentials and secrets used by the site are stored in our hosting provider's secured environment, not in the website code.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask how your information is used.
