These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the CareTrust REIT 2026 Operator Conference and your consent to receive SMS communications related to the event.
The 2026 CareTrust REIT Operator Conference is an invitation-only event held October 6–8, 2026 at the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna Beach, California. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.
By checking the SMS consent box during registration at https://operatorconference.caretrustreit.com, you expressly consent to receive text messages from CareTrust REIT regarding the 2026 Operator Conference. Messages may include:

SMS consent is obtained through a clearly labeled checkbox on the event registration form. The checkbox reads: "I consent to receive SMS text messages from CareTrust REIT related to the 2026 Operator Conference. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time." Consent is not required to register for the event.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at kgazdik@caretrustreit.com.
Your phone number and personal information collected during registration are used solely to manage event logistics and send the communications described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. CareTrust REIT reserves the right to modify or cancel the event or SMS program at any time. We are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the event or the SMS program.
